Initial Contact
Reach out via phone, email, WhatsApp, or the contact form. We'll arrange a convenient time for an initial 15min phonecall to discuss your needs and answer any questions.
First Session
During our first full session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and discuss your goals. This is a safe space to share your story at your own pace.

Ongoing Support
We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and are scheduled weekly or as needed. I generally work in blocks of around 10 sessions, as this is often sufficient time to address a specific issue.

Qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, pre-accredited with the IACP. Over the past few years, I've worked in a community-based counselling center in Cork City, helping people from all walks of life navigate various challenges.
